As a Renaissance Periodization certified nutrition coach with over 25 years of nursing experience and a figure competitor with the CPA, I understand the struggles of balancing a busy professional career with maintaining a healthy diet. As someone who was overweight for most of my life, I understand the challenges all too well. It wasn't until I completed my second degree and started working full-time that I realized I needed to prioritize my health and fitness. Through trial and error, I learned how to balance my meals, my work schedule, and go to the gym. You don't have to get stage lean to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Let me share my experience and help guide you through the confusion of what to eat, when to eat, and how to reach your body composition goals while managing your busy schedule.

Custom Nutrition Program

Detailed macros structured for your goal. If its weight loss, muscle gain or maintence, your nutrition will be structured to your needs. They will be tailored to your daily needs and activity level. I will work with your preferences such as a balanced diet, keto, carnivore, or vegetarian, we can work together to reach your goals.

Weekly Check Ins and Adjustments

Every week you will check in with me using the form in your welcome package. You will send in 2 weights from that week and progress photos. Based on your progress the program will be adjusted as needed to keep you on track to meet your goals.

Custom Training Program

If you choose a training program you will get a detailed program to what you want to focus on. Each program is customized to your physique goals or strength goals. I will guide you with video instructions, sets and reps. I follow a progressive overload technique that will help you reach your goal.

Weekly Video Technique Assessments

If you also are doing a workout plan from me, I do expect weekly video assessments of at least 3 exercises. This is done through WhatsApp and allows me to ensure you remain injury free so you can progress to your goals.

If you have lab work you would like to review I am happy to help. All lab work must be ordered from your physician and your physician is the ultimate authority on your health. But if you need help determining what is what I am happy to do that.
